WHO WE ARE

A family story and ongoing research

Melissa Srl was founded from the idea of three sisters who, after completing specific school training and an internship within the family company specialized in accessories for footwear and leather goods, decided to carry on the tradition with an innovative spirit.
Today, the company continues to grow thanks to a team of about ten people who keep alive the values of quality, artisan craftsmanship, and the Italian supply chain in leather processing.

The in-house showroom is the beating heart of our creativity: here, careful research, ideas, and designs take shape through various CAD, laser, and manual techniques. From laser processing of quilted leather, handmade embroidery, and special accessories — every detail is crafted with passion.

We collaborate with medium-to-high-end brands to develop ready-to-produce accessories: bag panels, leather chains, buttons, buckles, and processes for all types of footwear — from sporty models to elegant ones. Flexibility and precision make us an ideal partner.

We have a complete range of equipment: laser cutting, blade cutting, electronic quilting machines, and dedicated lasers for insoles and standard processes.
We also offer patented products, guaranteeing uniqueness, and we can create customized solutions for specific sectors such as nautical, for example, leather panels for luxury boats.

We mainly work in Italy, but thanks to our prestigious collaborations with high-fashion brands, we are ready to operate internationally, bringing our experience everywhere.
